FUEL OIL TREATMENT

DESCRIPTION:

Chemix F.O.T. is especially formulated blend of catalytic organic compounds, dispersing agents and emulsion breaker. It is completely soluble in fuel oil. This product is designed to meet the following adjectives:

Improves the pre-combustion characteristics of light and heavy fuels.

Introduces catalysts into the combustion area to improve the combustion efficiency and minimize low and high temperature fireside corrosion, deposit problems and control the excess oxygen.

APPLICATION:

Chemix F.O.T. may be added to the oil storage tank preferably before or during bunkering because it dissolves readily or it could be injected in the fuel line at a level of one part of CHEMIX F.O.T. TO 2000 part of fuel ,this dosage is recommended for general use in low and high steam generating units .

GENERALLY:

The important field problems of smoke, emission, low temperature corrosion can all be controlled with CHEMIX F. O. T. due to the formation of high melting vanadate compounds instead of vanadium penta oxide and reducing the excess oxygen percentage .
