CHEMIX STEAM TREATALL
Is a filming amine of the polar type supplied in liquid form it protects steam lines and condensate return circuits from corrosion where condensate contain CO2 and O2 and inhibit corrosion in boilers.
Chemix Steam Treatall is added to feed water distills in the steam and condense on the walls in the form of a continues monomolecular film which protects the metal from a corrosive agents and maintains the condensate at pH 7.5 - 8.5 .

DOSAGE
The dosage of Chemix Steam Treatall depends on the CO2 & O2 content of the water and the length of circuits to be treated as a general rule dose 15 - 25 ppm controlled by the level of condensate PH 7.5 - 8.5 .
